Workshops

HARP can develop and provide a range of archaeological workshops that suits your groups needs. We would love to hear from you and get involved with your group if you would like to provide an archaeological workshop or training opportunity. Each workshop can be tailored to your requirements and interests, but as an example we can provide your group with activities that include:
  • Training and advice on archaeological and historical research
  • Training and advice in archaeological excavations
  • Practical workshops in aspects of archaeological recording
  • Lectures and seminars on a variety of subjects or sites
If you would like more information about what we can do for your group or if you have a site that you would like to know more about or even try to excavate then please contact us

As well as welcoming contact from new groups, HARP also provide a number of workshops, open days and lectures  throughout the year, either as standalone events, or as part of some of our bigger, more established projects. Information on upcoming workshops and events are listed below, check back regularly to see what could be happening near you!
